On Thursday, 19 March 2026<\/strong>, the report ‘Italy in the Age of AI’<\/strong>, edited by Luciano Floridi<\/strong> and Micaela Lovecchio<\/strong> for Fondazione Leonardo<\/strong>, was presented at the Chamber of Deputies<\/strong>.<\/p>

Logogramma<\/strong> is one of the high-potential entities in Italy<\/strong> featured in the report “Italy in the Age of AI. Growth, Challenges, and Prospects of an Ongoing Revolution”. <\/p>

Logogramma is therefore among the entrepreneurial initiatives<\/strong> that exhibit predictive indicators of long-term success<\/strong> \u2013 quality of human capital, defensibility of technology (Moat), originality of the solution, and scalability of the project. To quote Micaela Lovecchio, co-editor of the report with Luciano Floridi and author of the article’s introduction, these companies are contributing to the emergence of “a third way,<\/strong> entirely Italian, where artificial intelligence,<\/strong> far from being a ‘Big Brother’, is instead conceived as a tool to enhance ingenuity and creativity<\/strong> […]”.<\/p>

A path that<\/strong> we pursue with “the courage of those who choose to remain and build in a complex territory, transforming limitations into creative opportunities” and focuses<\/strong> “on<\/strong> what truly matters: relationships, dialogue, listening, discovering the stories and the profound philosophy that drives these entities. What is defined” \u2013 by Luciano Floridi \u2013 “‘semantic capital’<\/strong>“.<\/p>

The report was presented in the Sala della Regina of the Chamber of Deputies to offer an in-depth analysis of the AI ecosystem in Italy, highlighting its main strengths and critical issues.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The presentation of the report<\/strong> was introduced by Luciano Floridi,<\/strong> President of Fondazione Leonardo, and enriched by institutional greetings and speeches from the Vice-President of the Chamber Anna Ascani,<\/strong> Alessio Butti,<\/strong> Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council with responsibility for Innovation, Micaela Lovecchio,<\/strong> Education and Training in Schools at Fondazione Leonardo ETS, Francesco Ubertini,<\/strong> President of CINECA and Professor at the University of Bologna, and Rita Cucchiara,<\/strong> Rector of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.<\/p>

The discussion is available on the official channels of the Chamber<\/a> and demonstrated how Italy is in a decisive phase of transition. The country indeed possesses significant strategic assets,<\/strong> particularly when addressing responsible AI<\/strong> (including open source and open weights), data sovereignty,<\/strong> and vertical applications in sectors of national excellence<\/strong> (manufacturing, healthcare, cultural heritage, and agri-food). However, it also presents critical issues that require particular commitment, such as technological dependence on foreign countries for hardware, a 40-50% wage gap compared to other EU and non-EU countries, and an adoption gap between large enterprises (53.1%) and SMEs (15.7%).<\/p>
