On Friday 21 November, Logogramma will be a guest at ““Il Museo che verrà”. The event – now in its second Campania appointment in 2025 and part of the XXXIX edition of Futuro Remoto – will be hosted at Città della Scienza, where we also “reside” within the Campania NewSteel incubator.
The second Neapolitan stage will take shape in the panel “Transitions and Digital Humanities: Towards Transdisciplinary Research”. We will intervene directly during the second session of the panel, which will be introduced by Luciano de Venezia from Mediateur/Dicolab Hub Calabria Campania, with a presentation focusing on best practices in the adoption of innovative technologies, AI and NLP, within the cultural heritage sector.
“The Museum to Come” is a series of interregional meetings between the coordinating bodies of ICOM Campania, Puglia, Calabria, Basilicata and Sicily, aimed at stimulating imagination and reflection on the “museum of the future” amidst daily challenges and emerging professionalism, fostering dialogue between young and adult users, territorial stakeholders, directors, and professionals within the museum ecosystem.
The series, conceived by the ICOM Campania coordination, is travelling throughout Southern Italy to connect and highlight the potential of the various territories through a widespread programme that proposes a networking initiative, centred on the conception of the museum as a catalyst for change.
The regional ICOM coordinating bodies are the local branches of the Italian National Committee of ICOM (International Council of Museums), the most important global organisation dedicated to museums and museum professionals.
